Do or Do Not

Even Yoda from Star Wars has a lesson for how to write better RFP responses. 

“We strive to implement procedures to reduce costs.”

“Our systems are designed to reduce costs.”

Really?  Howzabout this, instead?

“Our procedures (or systems, whatever) reduce cost by . . . “

Do or do not.  In Proposal Land, there is no “try.”
